Ihre Aufgaben · Selbständige Bearbeitung des Verkaufsgebietes mit Fokus auf Neukundenakquisition · Verkauf und Beratung der Straumann Systeme (Implantologie, Regeneration, Digital) bei niedergelassenen Zahnärzten, Mund-, Kiefer- Gesichts- und Oralchirurgen sowie Dental-Laboren · Kontaktpflege zu Meinungsbildnern und Schlüsselkunden · Durchführung von Workshops und Systemvorstellungen · Teilnahme an Firmenpräsentationen auf Fachkongressen und Symposien (u.a. an Wochenenden) · Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben Ihr Profil · Zahnmedizinisches bzw. zahntechnisches Wissen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Dentalbranche · Sehr gute Umgangsformen, professionelles Auftreten und positive Ausstrahlung · Hohes Engagement sowie eine teamorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise · Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Sie schaffen Vertrauen durch Zuverlässigkeit, Akzeptanz anderer, Offenheit, Kongruenz und Empathie Anforderungen · Kommunikation: effektiver 360° Kommunikator, schriftlich, mündlich, Präsentation · Kompetenter und professioneller Umgang mit Kunden · Gewissenhaftes präzises Arbeiten · Hohe Sozialkompetenz · Gutes Zeitmanagement & Organisationsfähigkeiten · Digitale Affinität · Gewohnt, selbstständig zu arbeiten · Fähigkeit zur schnellen Anpassung und Flexibilität · Reisebereitschaft inkl.
