Unsere Mitarbeiter sind vor Ort und zeigen täglich, was es heißt ein Heinrich Schmid zu sein: Handwerker, Teamplayer, Unternehmer, Mensch. ------ Deine Aufgaben Als Lean Manager bist Du für die Etablierung von Lean Management zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse auf der Baustelle verantwortlich Unterstützung und Coaching der Projektleiter und Bauleiter mittels definierter Lean-Standards bei der Durchführung und Umsetzung komplexer Bau-, Planungs- und Logistikprozesse Du leitest Lean-Workshops und Schulungen für interne Kollegen Aufnahme von Ist-Zuständen sowie Schwachstellenanalyse in den operativen Einheiten und Entwicklung von Kennzahlen Du bist der Vorantreiber der Lean-Kultur und der systematischen Weiterentwicklung im Unternehmen ------ Deine Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit der Fachrichtung Bau-/Wirtschaftssingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Begeisterung für Lean, Digitalisierung und für Veränderungsprozesse Ausgeprägte soziale Fähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles und empathisches Auftreten.
