Der/Die Stelleninhaber/in ist als Quality Manager (d/m/w) tätig und das Aufgabengebiet gliedert sich wie folgt: Tätigkeitsbeschreibung und Aufgaben: Organisation aller Qualitäts-Disziplinen gemäß den vertraglichen Anforderungen des internen Kunden (Programm Management) Gewährleistung der Einheitlichkeit, Vollständigkeit und Verfügbarkeit der Ergebnisse aus den Qualitäts-Disziplinen in Übereinstimmung mit dem Projektplan und dem Quality Plan Teilnahme an Fortschrittsbesprechungen mit dem internen Kunden inkl.
Advocate use of project management methodology and deploy with business owner to manage and control process optimization Take ownership of optimization projects, aligning target result with team and actively managing to stay on track Define project phases and key activities within – align plan with all stakeholdersActively manage optimization projects to ensure they stay on-track, implementing mitigating and corrective action where necessaryTake responsibility for all stakeholder engagements within remit of team and manage follow up actions to completion Manage team members to validate the correct deployment of process improvement methodologies, supporting effective process design, engendering efficiency and quality of outcomeTrain and empower junior team members to host and manage process design workshops Prepare consolidated team status reporting and presentation in team and stakeholder meetingsChair/manage daily standups for project teamIndependently optimize/redesign processes with high complexity / oversee a number of less complex processes in parallel Validate the process documentation collected, identifying critical data gaps and missing information.
Your scope will include project management, business case creation and evaluation, as well as coordination/interface management with central functions in view of the Single Aisle Ramp-Up, with a particular focus on process improvements. Your Responsibilities: Supporting the Senior Project Manager in achieving time, cost, quality, and performance objectives Leading eradication initiatives together with shopfloor and engineering teams Establishing efficient project management processes and methods across initiatives to enable strong project execution and ensure target-oriented performance, including functional KPI management Developing a robust end-to-end planning framework for the project portfolio and tracking progress in alignment with stakeholders Implementing risk & opportunities management to anticipate project-related issues and risks Maintaining an overview of all ongoing projects and initiatives, including status, costs, actions, priorities, and due dates Prioritizing projects that support the Single Aisle Ramp-Up strategy and lead-time improvements Supporting meaningful and transparent reporting Your Qualifications: Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, International Management, Economics, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in project management, process improvement, and contract management Experience in the Airbus environment is an advantage Good knowledge of change management, lean management, and risk management Strong expertise in project management Experience with agile methodologies is desirable Experience with Skywise is an asset Business-fluent German and English skills Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and maintain business relationships Ability to integrate into a team, work collaboratively to solve tasks, reach compromises, and accept support from others Independent, structured, and results‑oriented working style enabling fast and effective achievement of objectives Wir freuen uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung
Your key responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and monitoring supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance Managing supplier relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract negotiation to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality requirements Establishing and enforcing quality control procedures and standards across the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing to final product delivery Conducting regular audits and assessments of suppliers and internal processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Leading problem‑solving initiatives related to supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and non‑conformances by implementing corrective and preventive actions Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as production, engineering, and procurement to align supply chain and quality objectives with overall business goals Analyzing supply chain data and quality metrics to identify trends, forecast demand, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and quality management systems Your Qualifications: Completed degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Quality, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, and Supply Chain Solid knowledge of KAIZEN, Lean Management, Project Management, and Total Quality Management (problem‑solving methodologies) Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Business‑fluent English skills and advanced German language skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with the capability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Proven ability to manage complex supplier relationships and negotiate effectively Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach Willingness to travel (approximately once per month) Wir freuen uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung
