Ort: Aachen Vertragsart: Festanstellung, unbefristet Arbeitszeitmodell: Vollzeit Bruttojahresgehalt: bis zu 55.000 EUR (je nach Qualifikation) Branche: Immobilienmanagement Startzeitpunkt: ab sofort Unser Kunde, ein modernes, stetig wachsendes Immobilienunternehmen aus Aachen , sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n motivierte/n: Immobilienmanager*in (m/w/d) – Property Manager*in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Betreuung und Verwaltung verschiedener Immobilien in kaufmännischer und technischer Hinsicht Ansprechpartner für Mieter in allen mietrelevanten Angelegenheiten Unterstützung der Buchhaltung beim Forderungsmanagement Übernahme der Mietbuchhaltung inkl. der Nebenkostenabrechnungen Laufende Korrespondenz mit Mietern und Dienstleistern Pflege und Verwaltung sämtlicher Vertragsunterlagen Koordination und Kontrolle beauftragter Dienstleister Ihr Profil: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich, z.B. als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder ein Studium / eine Weiterbildung mit Immobilien-Schwerpunkt Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Nebenkostenabrechnung, Mietrecht und Mietbuchhaltung Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Englischkenntnisse , sowie ein gutes Ausdrucksvermögen Transparente Kommunikation, sowie hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung Führerschein der Klasse B bzw. 3 Ihre Vorteile: Unbefristete Festanstellung beim Kunden ohne langwierigen Bewerbungsprozess!
